I worked at Spine (More than a year)
There were a lot of pros for one we all worked as a team and our suggestions were taken seriously. the work load was resanable and vac and sick hoilday pay was available. I was treated like a person and felt I mattered
Not many cons to this job sometimes the overtime was harsh and they need to limit it. also they should be more flexible with people s schedules everyone was on a set schedule could not adjust times
Advice to Management
Upper mangement needs a bit more structure to be set and enforced but they do try to listen and implement poloicies to help workers get through the day
I applied in-person. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Spine (Raleigh, NC) in November 2016.
It was very pleasant. the interveiwer asked relevant questions related to the job oppeortunity. Also asked what could I bring to the table? And how did I describe myself. Also asked what would I implement and what would I keep the same. There was two people asking interview questions etc.
