    Pros

Flexible schedule, good employees, friendly patients, warm and family environment. Great time-management, easy going but sturdy. Not too pressing and very understanding management!

    Cons

Promotions are rare,no room for advancement or full time hours, no benefits available, Expected to do more than you are paid for, little break time, your hours can be disarrayed if not watched carefully.

    Advice to Management

You should open up more availability for employers. Everyone should have equal opportunity for advancing, benefits and full time hours. Your workers are very agreeable and should be rewarded as such. The doctor on site needs to behave more appropriate towards his employers and patients.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spine & Sport (Rincon, GA) in August 2011.

    Interview

I appied online then they called me to come in for an interview. I came in and was met by the lady to interview me. The interview was very laid back with general questions like tell me about yourself. No real structure to it at all. She then walked me down the hall to take a series of tests. These were personality and apptitude tests.
