I worked at Spine & Sport as an intern (Less than a year)
Excellent place to work as an intern. Small clinic where you really got to know the patients, did not have a chain company feel even though they are a chain of multiple clinics. I had an excellent supervising PT who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my rotation
PTs often get double or even triple booked at times, which can become hectic when the clinic space is limited and the actual facetime with each patient is reduced as a result.
Advice to Management
Reduce overlap time between patients
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spine & Sport (Rincon, GA) in August 2011.
I appied online then they called me to come in for an interview. I came in and was met by the lady to interview me. The interview was very laid back with general questions like tell me about yourself. No real structure to it at all. She then walked me down the hall to take a series of tests. These were personality and apptitude tests.
