    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Spirit Mountain Casino (New York, NY).

    Interview

Very casual. More like a visit than an interview. I felt overdressed but I got the job and the people wearing flip flops and shorts did not. I shared my experience and the manager at the time shared his with me. Like I said, it was pretty casual.
