I have been working at Splash Damage full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Lots of talented chaps
    - Lots of different projects
    - Very cool office
    - Friendly environment
    - Company is growing at an impressive rate
    - Some projects are very well managed and successful
    - Pay can start lower than average, but you have a review every 6 months (other companies do that only once per year)

    Cons

    - Company is growing at an impressive rate
    - Some projects are a disaster and instead of trying to fix things often senior staff just jump to another project
    - Salaries are not the best around at the start

    Advice to Management

Less pats on the back, more awareness when a project is on fire

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Splash Damage (Bromley, England (UK)) in November 2015.

    Interview

I first had a call with my future lead which was casual conversation of what I was doing currently and what I wanted to to.

After this I had an onsite interview. First person to talk to was my lead, after this a senior technical artist came in. Last persons to talk to were the Art director and someone from production.
They showed me around the office. There were some formal interview questions, but most of the time it was nice conversation of me explaining my cv and they answering my questions.
