Advice to Management
Keep hiring the best of the best. Recognize the effort and hard work of your employees.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Spok (Eden Prairie, MN) in July 2017.
The process was fairly lengthy but that can be attributed to Spok wanting the right candidate for the job. Everyone I encountered during the process was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly recruiters, managers and employees overall in my experience.
