    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sports International (Laurel, MD) in January 2013.

    Interview

One phone interview and one in person. Whole process took about 2 weeks. You meet with the owner/Ceo directly. They ask basic questions and interview goes pretty fast. The owner is a nice guy and organized. Quite busy so bring a copy of your resume.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

No negotiation. Salary was presented as take it or leave it.
