I applied online. I interviewed at Spotio (United States)

The process was quite straightforward. It took a couple weeks and there was constant communication and clarity on what to expect for next steps. I appreciate how the questions did not seem robotic or as if reading off a paper. The structure and the conversations with everyone felt organic and had a natural flow to it. It showed a genuine interest in getting to know more about the candidate and their skills.

How do you feel your skills can be transferrable here?
