Interview
The interview process was quite a journey, with a total of five interviews and a creative task focused on positioning, messaging, and content strategy. It stretched out for a little over a month, and there were a few things that left me feeling a bit disappointed and cautious. The interviews covered the usual stuff – questions about my work history and how I handle different situations. Then came the project, where they asked me to assess the company's positioning compared to competitors and come up with a content strategy. The interviewers seemed friendly on the surface, but they didn't spill the beans about what it's really like to work there. That lack of insight into their day-to-day made me wonder. What really got me was the absence of feedback after presenting the project. If you're going to ask candidates to put in some serious effort, it's only fair to give them some feedback, right? At the very least, they could have made it a hypothetical project to avoid the whole "free work" vibe. In a nutshell, this whole experience left me with the impression that they might not value their candidates' time and effort as much as they should. So, I'd say it's a good idea to approach this organization with a bit of caution.InterviewWhy do you want to work at Spotnana?
