Advice to Management

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spredfast (Austin, TX) in November 2017.
Spredfast reached out to me through hired. There was an initial online live coding session and then an on-site with lunch plus 3 rounds of interviews. Each round was with 2 developers / Leads and involved discussing my resume and solving whiteboard problems and discussing more general problems.
