Springboard Retail really focuses on building a strong team atmosphere, despite being work from anywhere. There is also a strong focus on always adjusting to make things better in every area of the company. I have worked for many employers that will keep on keeping on. At Springboard, if something is not working, everyone involved takes action quickly to improve for the better. Overall, great company, great people and great product!

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Springboard Retail (Boston, MA) in May 2016.

I responded to a job posting on the company's site and heard relatively quickly via email. I next had an approximately 30-minute phone screening with the head of my prospective department, then was invited to the office for in-person interviews with some of the company's key personnel.

    Interview Questions

    • Since my previous role was basically that of an end user of the company's software, they asked a lot of questions about my level of expertise with previous software, training teammates on its use, and interacting with support reps. They also asked open-ended questions about my approach to handling customers and problem solving. Because the entire company was very small at the time and I was nearly the first outside hire in my department, most of the line of questioning seemed to be aimed at establishing whether I'd be a good fit culturally.   1 Answer
