Many companies talk about employee engagement and taking care of their associates, but SWF really does. There are many long term employees 30+ years because it is a great place to work.

I applied online. I interviewed at Springs Window Fashions in March 2017.
I get a phone interview this morning. After two hours the HR told me that I am weeded out. The process is so fast. I think my skills and experience is related to this position. The only thing that may cause this failure is the HR informs the phone interview 6 days ago, but I only have time until today. I guess maybe they interviewed enough candidates during these days.
