Pros
I know few who love their job, and I can confidently say I am one of them! Sprout is a fantastic place to work. Great leadership, unlimited PTO (time off is genuinely encouraged and we get monthly mental health days), and a ton of opportunities for growth/career development. Sprout makes great hires, and my team is full of bright-minded, collaborative, and amazing people. Our product is innovative and a leader in the market, especially with our recent partnership with Salesforce.
Cons
With innovation comes a learning curve. It can be hard to keep up with product updates/changes to the tool. That said, there are tons of training resources available.

Interview
The interview process is fine, standard flow or recruiter, hiring mgr, wider team pres & Q&A. The teams I met made an effort to make you feel at ease, which led to a positive interview experience. Its a great way to get an honest and open grasp of the kind of people, culture and strategy which is refreshing. The real downside to this process was the recruiter/recruiter team. I can honestly say it was the worst experience of this I've ever had. As an introduction to the business it left a poor first impression. Last minute cancellations, very poor communication, not sticking to timelines, didn't give me feedback at the end of the interview process. If I wasn't already aware of the company culture through my connection circles I would not have proceeded. Really needs to be reviewed/tightened up.InterviewThe interview questions were pretty standard, challenging, but fair. How you saw the market, where you drew your conclusions from, how you saw yourself fit in the business, what you bring to the roles etc
