    I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spry Health (United States) in Mar 2020

    Interview

    I interviewed at Spry Health in Feb-Mar 2020 and got rejected in the fourth round of their interview process. The first interview was a 30 minute phone call with the HR person and was asked behavioral questions like Tell me about a time when you faced difficulties etc. Then they sent me a skills test for which I could pick a time/date and was given four hours to complete. The difficulty level of the test was moderate. Got response in a couple of days that I passed the test. Then they set up time for a 30 min call with the CEO. The CEO was really nice and talked about the company and answered any questions that I had. The next was a an online video interview with the CTO. The CTO also asked behavioral questions and a lot of them were same as the first interview. I thought the interview went ok, but got a reply in the next couple of days that I wasn't selected.

    Things I liked about the interview process:
    They were really quick in responding about the status of the application after each interview. The skills test was nice and was based on concepts rather than basic coding problems. Enjoyed my conversation with the CEO. The HR person I was e-mailing with was also nice.

    Things I didn't like:
    - I was not given details about the interview process. During the first interview, they told me that after the test I will go through multiple face to face interviews. However, they didn't tell me how many interviews and with whom?
    - Before each interview, I was not told what the interview is going to be about. I mean, giving at least a little idea about what the topic of the interview would be might have been helpful. This along with not conveying anything about the number of interviews, made the experience very stressful.

    I would have been totally fine if they had rejected me based on technical skills. But after going through this long process and getting rejected based on a one hour behavioral interview, frankly annoyed me (and that too when they didn't tell what the interview is going to be about). I don't know how much can one know about someones personality in a one hour Skype call.
