HR process is a phone call first. Be clear on how you work and what you believe are your goals for customer service. It's all about making customers whole. Be honest with your weaknesses. Once you pass the phone you'll get an in person interview with two managers. They will ask you a series of questions. They will have you listen to a phone call, please take lots of notes. They want to see what you can retain.
