Pros
After a year of employment under the SQM banner, I could list the fair pay, the extremely good systems in use, the flexible schedule; however, the pillar of SQM that stands out is the staff. This is the COMPLETE opposite of toxic. Any question you ask is answered as if it's the first time. There is no "big me little you". The team built a train which is engineered by the most understanding, knowledgable, patient and wise staff one could find. The reason why employees stay so long with very little turnaround is self explanatory.
Cons
If I come across one after years of loyalty to this firm foundation, I'll let ya know.

Interview
The first interview was done over the phone with Cheri where she asked me a series of questions to get to know me and also to see what i'm looking for in a company. I was given information on the service Squaremouth provides and the culture they stand for. The 2nd interview was completed with one of the team leads. The entire process felt like I was conversing with friends. Cheri and Felicia were so down to earth and spoke very highly of the company and the role which naturally made me want the position even more because I could tell how happy they are with the company. I was well informed about Squaremouth and the Claims Adjuster position as well as Travel Insurance.InterviewHow do you like to learn?
