Management constantly changing. They do not have a clear game plan. A Board of Directors that employees don't see or meet calls the shots and they don't know average employees.
Top Management makes very good money. Regular employees do not. There is very little room for advancement and almost no chance of raises
Advice to Management
Act as a Team. Have a clear game plan for the future so employees aren't in limbo as to what they need to be doing.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at St. Joe (Rosemary Beach, FL) in December 2015.
Long, interview with supervisor, hotel manager, then managing director. HR does phone interview, hiring process was very long, waiting on background and drug screening. otherwise, generic hotel management interview. this is all i can think of but for some dumb reason theres a word minimum.
