I have been working at St. John & Partners full-time (More than a year)

I've worked at other agencies before as well as a few corporate companies and can honestly say this place is special. And no, no one within the agency has asked me to write this. I can just tell you, having been in the workforce now for about 20 years, I've never actually looked forward this much to going to work everyday. I actually like the people I work with a lot. The office space is awesome. And on top of competitive salary, they take care of the employees in a lot of other ways that other companies don't. For anyone who's left a bad review, all I can tell you my experience so far has been the total opposite of that. Do you some times have to stay late, take on a big work load or pull an all nighter?? Yeah, it's called the advertising industry. It just comes with the territory. But if you can find a good attitude and be thankful for your opportunity to be a part of something that turns out amazing work, there's no reason you shouldn't be happy at this place. I love it.

Again, no one has asked me to say this, but I don't really feel there are any significant cons to working at SJP. I've worked at much worse places and those experiences have left me very thankful for SJP regardless of any shortcomings they may have. There's no perfect place to work. And it's been my experience that those who complain the most are usually the ones who are never happy wherever they go.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for hard work and sacrificing for all of us.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at St. John & Partners in March 2015.

Met HR director at university networking event. Communicated via e-mail after. Set up a skype interview, about a 4-6 weeks later, because I wasn't living in the same city as the office. Interviewed with intern director and potential mentor (Media Planner). Heard back two weeks later.
