I worked at St. Mary's College of California full-time (More than 5 years)
The campus is beautiful! It's a welcoming place to go every day. I had an amazing supervisor who was interested in my professional development.
The only one I can think of is salary. Being a non-profit College, they tend to pay toward lower end . Be sure to negotiate salary. I was young and just took what was initially offered.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at St. Mary's College of California (Moraga, CA).
First an application had to filed out and submitted in person. I dropped off my application, my resume, and a letter of recommendation. A couple of days later, I received an email with information regarding the interview schedule. They were flexible and I was able to come in at a convenient time. It was a group interview with two of the current supervisors. They asked me a couple of basic interview questions. They told me they were hiring for the spring semester. During the January term I received the offer and I began my training.
