Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Stable Kernel (United States) in May 2020
InterviewI submitted my resume through a referral to the hiring manager. After about two weeks, I got an email from Spark Hire to submit an automated video interview that had about 10 questions. Post that I was sent an extensive task with 3 deliverables - a detailed tabulation plan, an outline of the report for the study and a PowerPoint showcasing the findings of the study.
The Spark Hire interview asked detailed questions on why market research, examples of previous project work and any memorable anecdotes from those.Answer Question
