Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screen. I was then scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was cancelled a couple days before it was supposed to happen and they gave me a design challenge instead. Was not super happy about the last minute switch but did the design challenge anyway. Spent hours on it and never heard back, even after trying to follow up.
