  • It's a good place to start bc of the name and to get familiar with a big company, however most training is irrelevant

I worked at Staff Care full-time (Less than a year)

Decent/good starting pay Nice co-workers Virtual cafe Insurance Food trucks

Hard to find your place and to prove yourself No work/life balance Metrics are more concerned than production Loss of employee focus High turnover Outdated computer sales system

    Advice to Management

Promote tenured people within rather than put people from the outside with little healthcare experience into management. One of the biggest challenges there is being able to go to many meetings and still exceed your metrics per day. Base activity and production with what you have to work with. Make sure everyone gets the same amount of tier 1 states to work to ensure it is fair. Understand your employees welfare and concerns instead of just trying to please yourself. Don't hire a lot of people just to fire 4/5 after training, not a good look.
