Advice to Management
Promote tenured people within rather than put people from the outside with little healthcare experience into management. One of the biggest challenges there is being able to go to many meetings and still exceed your metrics per day. Base activity and production with what you have to work with. Make sure everyone gets the same amount of tier 1 states to work to ensure it is fair. Understand your employees welfare and concerns instead of just trying to please yourself. Don't hire a lot of people just to fire 4/5 after training, not a good look.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staff Care (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2014.
laid back, they asked a lot of questions about my previous job and why I'm leaving what I'm looking for in a career, why staff are etc Compensation, what they are looking for and why, potential for growth, where current employees struggle, what I. An do to excel
