    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Staffbase (Chemnitz, Saxony, Saxony)

    Interview

    The interview process consisted on 3 steps:

    1. Interview with HR: Here HR gave an overview about the company and I talked about myself, my work experience, what I knew about Staffbase and why I was applying for the position. It was a very pleasant 30min phone call. At the end we talked about salary expectations and next steps.
    2. Interview with leader: 45 minutes video call to talk more deeply about my work experience and answer some general questions about my role and about team/company fit.
    3. Remote Bootcamp: I’ve got to know my future team and I had to work on some QA tasks and present the results at the end of the day (how have done the tasks, which approach I have chosen and why). It was a busy day but I had great support.
