    Difficult Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Standard Textile.

Came in through a temp agency. Worked for just over a month and a half before I was offered permanent full time employment. HR gave me tips on negotiating more PTO days and seems to be on my side during the process. Even after being a temp, I still had to complete three separate interviews until they decided to hire me on full time.

    Interview Questions

    • Interviewed with supervisors I don't currently work with so it seemed to be a waste of time. An unexpected question I received was bluntly stated as, "Why do we need you. Do you even know what you're doing?". Seemed offensive but I handled it well and was respected for my honesty.   Answer Question

HR gave me tips on negotiating more PTO days and seems to be on my side during the process.
