Invest in their infrastructure, technology, and people. All properties are owned so they manage them with long term objectives. Less likely to see impossible short term goals oriented around only the bottom line profit.
Limited growth opportunity with less than 20 properties spread around the US. Most properties are located in cities that have very high costs of living.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford Hotel Group.
Fairly long and drawn out. Personality test based on 24 questions, which they determine 5 pages worth of information that they use to make assumptions about you. Interviewed with HR, Director of Sales, GM, and VP of Sales. Once more with the GM and Director of Sales. They always ask for a presentation.
