Good salary and benefits. Owned and managed by great people. The hotel location is very good.
Management has created a terrible culture of doing nothing. Doing nothing has become the norm. No one works and people that were loyal have been let go and the one that do not work are applauded by management.
Advice to Management
Bring this hotel back to its past glory where good employees work and not the other way around. Right now it's the opposite.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford Hotel Group.
Fairly long and drawn out. Personality test based on 24 questions, which they determine 5 pages worth of information that they use to make assumptions about you. Interviewed with HR, Director of Sales, GM, and VP of Sales. Once more with the GM and Director of Sales. They always ask for a presentation.
