Great hotel with very good management company based in the city. Very good location airport property. Very good environment. You can do what you like no one is held responsible.
Hotel hires bodies instead of talent. Bad hiring practices for all departments. People with zero experience run the department which shows in everyday operations. The culture is show up to work and do what you like. No one is held responsible. Sad situation for a beautiful property.
Advice to Management
Change the property management before the hotel deteriorates. The effects of bad management at the property level is already showing. Take a deeper look please.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford Hotel Group.
Fairly long and drawn out. Personality test based on 24 questions, which they determine 5 pages worth of information that they use to make assumptions about you. Interviewed with HR, Director of Sales, GM, and VP of Sales. Once more with the GM and Director of Sales. They always ask for a presentation.
