Carpet Cleaning Technicians
If you’re just starting out, you may not have much experience, but we ensure all our technicians have the training and tools they need to succeed.
Customer Service Advisors
If you are a courteous, well-spoken individual who loves to engage with people, this may be the position for you.

We are seeking quality Customer Service Representatives to place calls to existing customers throughout the United States.

All of the people, whether at Corporate in Ohio or individual branches. PTO/PSL, understands importance of family/work balance
Medical coverage, but that is pretty much standard everywhere, some position(s) restructured or moved to Corporate or Call Centers
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Stanley Steemer International (Sandston, VA) in March 2014.
I went to the local branch and filled out an application. I got an interview on the spot. That is all. But Glassdoor wants 30 words. The manager was really great, and the people in the call center smiled at me. They were snacking and using headsets. I saw the carpet techs loading the yellow vans. It was a little cloudy outside, but it hadn't rained yet. The vans were steady pouring in and out.
