I have been working at Stantec part-time
Great people to work with.
Any negatives that go along with working for a large company
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Stantec.
A company that is interested in attracting qualified & engaged talent should have the courtesy of a timely response.
I applied online and was contacted for a phone screen nearly 2 months later. The recruiter stated I would be a great fit & inquired about my availability for an in-person interview the following week. That was over 6 weeks ago. Zero follow-up! I can only imagine the disorganization that lead to these delays and how they communicate with employees that no longer need to be sold on joining the company. No thanks!
Today, October 10, is World Mental Health Day. At Stantec, we have signed a pledge with the World Federation of Mental Health and are sponsoring their efforts in promoting World Mental Health day. It’s time to have a serious discussion about mental health in the workplace. Emree Siaroff, our executive vice president of Human Resources, blogs about the importance of mental health in the workplace and what each of us can do help. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQYqE
