I worked at Stanton Optical full-time (Less than a year)
We are committed to working hard to improve the company's reputation and the managers are very nice and helpful to complete our task properly.
The company hires a lot of people for full time and permanent job. But whenever the employees finished their probation and are qualified for a full time job, once the season is over they laid them off before 6 months because they don't want any new employees to get unemployment with the company.
Advice to Management
The managers should keep hard working employees to give them experience and performance to handle the job properly without struggling.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stanton Optical (Port St Lucie, FL) in July 2015.
It was a Quick phone conversation to set up to meet with a hiring manager. I live to far away for the pay scale that they offer. Overall they seam to be a good company with big plans to grow over the next couple of years. Keep in mind there are a lot of growing pains for a quick growing company. I have been there in the past.
