The initiative allows Staples associates around the world to direct funding to non-profit organizations focused on education or job skills.

Staples Share Fund

Founded and funded by associate and corporate contributions, this program offers relief for associates in need of severe financial assistance due to significant qualifying events such as natural disasters, catastrophic personal events, illness, personal injury or other circumstances beyond their control.

Environment

We help make more sustainable business practices happen. We do this by sourcing and selling eco-conscious products, improving our offering of recycling and other green services, maximizing our energy efficiency and renewable energy use, and eliminating waste.

    Application

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staples.

    Interview

    Two development managers came to my school and then invited me for a second interview at corporate where I spoke to a manager in person and then a software team leader over the phone. The talk with the software team leader was the only part that was strictly technical, the rest were more about experience.
