I have been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They do make the effort to create a positive company culture. Most departments have incentive programs that reward you for doing well.

    Cons

At my property they're struggling with turnover due to competition and low wages for tipped positions. This isn't their fault but they'll need to figure something out.
