I was called in for an interview and was surprised to learn that it was in a panel format. The woman who would end up being my direct supervisor was on the panel as was her supervisor. The interview questions were easy enough as they focused on our ability to manage caseloads and deal with irate clients and slow bureaucracy on an ongoing basis.
