    Pros

    As a law clerk, your job duties are very much tied to your specific judge. I have a great working relationship with my judge. This fact allows for much flexibility. The work load is manageable and interesting.

    Cons

    Contract is year-to-year, which can be stressful if you are looking to make a career out of clerking. Delaware does not have "career clerks" like the federal system.

    the interview process was like a typical interview. no questions that really tried to stump you. i had 1 phone interview and the second interview was in person. Staff was friendly.
