    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State of North Carolina.

    Interview

Applied online, fairly easy process considering it is a government position. Received a call two week later, completed phone screen, then was brought in for an in-person interview a week later. It was a very professional meeting that lasted about 2 hours, mostly behavioral based questions with an opportunity to discuss experience and specific skills the position requires. I met with a three personal panel including a manager, director, and a peer.
