    Pros

    Loved the hours, no nights no weekends, paid holidays off. I was with DMV and they have a commitment to developing their people and helping them get them where they want with their careers.

    Cons

    The ONLY con I can think of is that there is no annual raise, or raises at all unless you find a new position with a higher rate of pay.

    You are given 20-25 minutes to answer the interview questions they ask you in writing. You are then given another 5 minutes to explain why you are interested in the position you applied for. Afterwards you sit in front of a panel (RN, PCT, Supervisor) to discuss the resume, references and answer your questions that you wrote down.
