I worked at Station Casinos part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company environment and team members to work with. Management for the Feast Buffet was knowledgable and very accommodating for my schedule and other commitments I may have. Pay is decent. Small raises based on the length of time you are at the property. Internal transfer opportunities are plenty, especially given the large amount of properties in Las Vegas.

    Cons

Not a con for me, but may deter others - there is no union, depending on the property.

    Advice to Management

Station Casinos, as a whole, should consider going paperless with regards to scheduling, requesting time off, and switching shifts with team members. Additionally, pay stubs and other financial information should be paperless, as well.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Station Casinos (Las Vegas, NV) in October 2016.

    Interview

Very easy. Laid back interviewer. Was very eager for me to start working with Station Casinos. They had a very nice "Celebration Day" for all new team members which made me feel valuable.
