I worked at Station Casinos full-time

    Pros

I have nothing bad to say about this company. They gave me an opportunity to work for them and expand my learning in HR management.

    Cons

During the time I worked there every thing was perfect. General Managers are very understanding of employee's needs. The company has an open door policy so anyone who has issues or concern can talk openly to upper management; the degree of availability is incredible.

    Advice to Management

KEEP UP THE HARD WORK. YOU ARE DOING GREAT!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Station Casinos (Las Vegas, NV) in September 2017.

    Interview

Two part interview. The first interview is a screener interview. The second is done with a department manager I believe. The screener is good for a year so if you apply to other Station Casinos, you don't have to go through the screener process again. Also, please note, I marked this as a "no offer" but it's too soon to tell.

Another thing, if if you're interviewing at Boulder Station, the employment center is on the outside of the building to the left of valet. Don't be nervous, this part seems pretty easy. Just have some good answers ready because they record them and they will be seen by the heads of the department that you are applying for.
