    Pros

    The team is awesome, all top notch.
    The culture is the best I've found. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Lots of community involvement.
    Lots of perks - rewards program, bonuses, free lunch every Friday, reduced summer hours, 401k matching with immediate vesting, donation matching, all federal holidays (Plus usually a free day off if the holiday falls on a Tue or Thur), 40 hrs paid volunteer time, paid kid school time off, and more.
    Low pressure, employee centered work environment.
    Great office environment on Notre Dame campus. Plenty of food and scenery.

    Cons

    Growing company - some chaos. Open work areas can be distracting.

    Keep the culture going.

    I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Stay Metrics (Salt Lake City, UT) in October 2014.

    Interview

    We talked on the phone for a few months. We discussed a commission only position and I told him I could not afford to do that. Once we got started, we had 3 or 4 phone interviews and the owner flew out and met with me in person.
