    StayWell earns re-accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for disease management

    Yardley, PA (March 23, 2017) - The StayWell Company announced today that it has received Patient Oriented Disease Management Accreditation from the NCQA. The accreditation covers StayWell's asthma, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and diabetes programs. Accredited status is granted to organizations that have excellent programs for the delivery and improvement of disease management and that meet or exceed NCQA's rigorous standards.

    I have been working at StayWell full-time

    Pros

    I began my career at StayWell and worked here for 5 years. During my time I learned so much and met amazing people. I decided to leave when the company was going through a lot of changes and the culture went downhill. After being gone for about 5 years I began hearing from former colleagues that things were changing for the better. While skeptical I asked a lot of questions and decided to apply for a position to learn more. Since I've been back (almost a year now) I've seen firsthand how the management, products and culture have improved. Everyone works hard and cares about the company. This was a great career move for me. I'm a working parent and really appreciate the flexibility.

    The benefits could be better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work and continue to strive to deliver solid products that are thoroughly tested before rolling out to the entire population.

    Application

    I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at StayWell in September 2016.

    Interview

    Interview was to be conducted via Google Hangout. Staywell was late to the meeting, didn't send invite until after the scheduled time. When the meeting did start only one of the three people were on video and it was choppy, poor quality and froze often. Of the two others, one had poor audio and could not be understood. Only one person had a copy of the resume and was prepared for the interview. It took almost 10 minutes before introductions were made and that was only in response to my request. 20 minutes into the interview only one question had been asked and I asked that it be rescheduled when everyone were prepared and to use a more reliable medium.

    Overall a very poor impression of the company and an embarrassment to the people involved.
