There is such a great atmosphere, friendly, professional and wonderful coworkers. Great management that listens to employees, fair pay and great benefits.

Not many cons to think of, the commute is a bit of a pain, as it is 30-45 mins away from any real town to speak of.... (At least one with basic things like grocery stores.)

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Make it easier to get promotions and move laterally through the company. And maybe give me a raise ;)

I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Ste Michelle Wine Estates in January 2008.

lots of interviews, repetitive questions, lots of time between call backs, I was so excited about the industry that I ignored the warning signs. The interview questions were weak, the HR team has no authority, everytithing is decided by the VP of HR. The office was strange, people were friendly but in hidsight seemed fearful. I should have asked more questions. Interviewers were unprepared.
