Employee Fitness Center
All Steinhafels employees are eligible to use our quality fitness center. With an extensive collection of modern exercise machines, one can develop a unique and diverse exercise regiment. Clean locker rooms and shower areas are also included. Whether one chooses to take advantage of the health center before work, after work, or during a lunch break, the convenience is hard to top!
During more temperate weather, one can jog around the one-mile track surrounding our corporate center. It's truly one of a kind, winding through patches of the peaceful and scenic Pewaukee River. Our track is open to the public. Please experience it yourself!
Our drivers work four days per week, 10 hour days, with regular overtime beyhond the 10 hours. All drivers are required to include Saturday or Sunday as part of their regular schedule.

I worked at Steinhafels full-time (More than a year)
Plenty of hours. You never have to worry about a steady nice size pay check. I did t want to leave but was offered a great teaching position in my field of study. I’m actually going to continue to be a driver part time because I really enjoy the job.
I can’t honestly say anything bad about the job. Management was clear about what the job was and nothing was a surprise. As long as you can handle the physical and fast pace part of the job it is actually pretty fun!
Advice to Management
Continue to be real and friendly. Keep offering the attendance bonus. A new attendance bonus program was recently put into affect and is awesome. It simply rewards you for showing up to work.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Steinhafels (Waukesha, WI) in January 2017.
It was very smooth interview. The best part was meeting all of the people in the entire corporate office. You have to sit at a conference table with 4 people asking you questions.
