    I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Stella Connect (United States) in Apr 2020


    The interviewing process was pretty normal - call from a person in HR, then a call from the VP of Engineering. Then there’s a technical interview they outsource to a company called Karat. Their big thing is they offer “redos, no questions asked”. So after doing not as well as I’d like, I scheduled a redo for 2 days later. But my initial interview was sent to them anyway. So that’s definitely misleading. My 2nd interview went a little better as far as my ability to relax and think, however on one of the interviewing challenges, the interviewer on video call didn’t understand or know the answer to some of my questions. Later into programming the 2nd challenge I realize he told me a wrong answer, which lead my code down the wrong path, making it so I couldn’t refactor and get the 2nd challenge done in time. Major headache, first just getting the wrong answer, but also the uncertainty from him in a TIMED challenge was just added stress.
