Stuck in the "Good Ol' White Boys" mentality of senior leadership; the company is at least 15-20 years behind the rest of the industry in terms of technology use and company practices. Hard to enact change, leadership is unwilling to put themselves at risk in order to advance the company.
Advice to Management
Bring in younger senior leaders who want to move the company forward. INVEST IN A NEW R&D FACILITY. The current facilities are so old, outdated, and WAY overcrowded.
