Each year, the corporate research team at Selling Power magazine assembles and publishes its list of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For. This is the 18th consecutive year the list has appeared in Selling Power.

    To gather data, the Selling Power research team issued a comprehensive application this year to evaluate the companies on the list, with detailed sections covering these categories:

              1) Compensation and benefits
              2) Sales-rep onboarding and sales enablement
              3) Sales training and coaching
              4) Sales culture

    The list encompasses companies of all sizes – with sales forces ranging from fewer than 100 salespeople to companies with sales-force numbers in the thousands.

    Pros

    Stericycle has the been the best thing to happen to my career in a long time. For people who don't mind hard work, can handle change and love opportunity Stericycle has it all. This is a company on the move - working through change has only made me and those around me stronger. Now as one of the Top 50 Companies to Sell For in America the future looks very bright indeed and I'm proud to be part of the journey.

    You won't want to work here if you're negative - the new culture won't allow it.
