Advice to Management
I don't envy the decisions that need to be made to get laser focused on how to execute your product strategy, but the sales teams should not be set up to compete with each other for revenue as it is confusing to the customer and can ultimately cost you deals.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sterling Commerce (Dallas, TX) in March 2011.
Completely disorganized. Most of the interviewers didn't even have the courtesy to review my resume before I arrived. Some never saw my resume, so thankfully I came prepared with extra copies.
