No room for growth. Don't expect any progression.

Get some management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sterling Pathology National (Seal Beach, CA) in November 2011.
HR was extremely slow. Recruits on Facebook and other social media sites. Limited negotiating. After a couple questions with the one HR person, manager was called in and the interview continued. Managers know what they are doing, but owner lacking leadership to move the company forward.
