Most departments work ten hour shifts Monday-Thursday with not too much overtime on Fridays. People there are nice and the pay is better than other places depending on what your job is.Cons

Standard interview questions with some more advanced technical knowledge about programming logic. Atmosphere is laid back but professional and seems to be a place that cares for their employees. I was taken on a tour of the company floor to see production process. Was treated fairly and respectfully and enjoyed the process. We recently promoted three team members and hired one new team member to head their product divisions. These newly created roles will focus on each division’s market opportunities.
Derek Koester now holds the title of Director of Sales for the Casework division. Jason Woomer has moved into the role of Director of Sales for Private Label and Subcontract. Tom Franta recently joined us, coming on board as the Business Manager for Tot Mate, I.D.SYSTEMS and ProMed product groups. In early 2020 Bill Lane was promoted to Director of Sales for StevensWood Panels and Components.
