Advice to Management
Remember who builds your business.
Don't take the employees tips.
Selling is important but not at the expense of losing employees that have a loyal clientele.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stonebriar Spa (Frisco, TX) in April 2010.
Owner makes you jump through hoops to get a job there. You are asked questions like what your favorite color is and what flower would you pick to describe yourself. It was the most ridiculous interview I have ever been to. After turning down the offer I found out from an ex employee that it is not a good place to work anyway.
Don't take the offer.
