    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Stonehenge Partners (Tulsa, OK) in July 2010.

    Interview

Very thorough process. Stonehenge's desire is to find the best assignment for a new-hire consultant. They will take their time to make sure it is the right fit for success. During the interview process, I spoke with a recruiter twice, a phone interview with one of the VPs, a panel and the president.

    Interview Questions

    • Why do you want to leave your current employer?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Negotiation was standard for my expertise. Benefits are not the best - typical for a small agency.
