  • The free treats for visitors to Stonemark apartments are impressive enough. Now there’s an extra Wow factor! Teams at 15 communities competed in the "WOW" fridge contest to see who displayed the “cool” freebies in the most festive and memorable way. Barrington Hills in Peachtree Corners, Ga., was the lucky winner!

Today, more than ever, communities are relying on businesses and their employees to fill certain needs within their neighborhoods. A big part of the Stonemark culture is based on our pledge, "Stonemark Gives Back". Over the years we have provided many opportunities for our on-­site and corporate staff members to volunteer and "give back". Some of these include:

  • The Atlanta Apartment Association's annual food drive benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank, too which, Stonemark employees and residents from the Atlanta area have contributed over 150,000 cans of food
  • Preparing and serving meals for families at the Ronald McDonald House each quarter
  • The "Pajama Party" where we provided new pajamas and books to children in need
  • The "Paw­rific Party" where we helped over 85 patients and siblings at Scottish Rite Hospital build a new stuffed animal friend
  • United Way's "Mother's Day Shoebox Project," ­ in which staff members donated more than 100 decorated personal care packages distributed to homeless women and children on Mother's Day
  • The "Big Thank You" ­local campaign to get 400,000 thank you letters to military troops stationed or deployed outside the U.S. for Thanksgiving Provided bikes for children through the Boys Club of Cobb County.
  • Holiday Angel Tree
  • Provided blankets to children of military parents through The Linus Project for the holidays
  • Participated in the annual Susan B. Komen Walk for the Cure benefiting cancer research.
  • Our leaders recognize that corporate volunteerism is vital in demonstrating our commitment to the communities in which we operate and are dedicated to making it a consistent part of our corporate identity.
