Provides a good education to students
Cronyism abounds. Backstabbing hostile work environment. Union favoritism. Use of scheduled, class size, and teacher evaluations to harass, intimidate, and retaliate against anyone who doesn't bow down to the whims and friends of the administration.
Advice to Management
Stop allowing rumor and hearsay to influence who you are going to harass.
