I worked at Stork full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Decent wages overall for most positions. Benefits are still decent and safety is a focus at the place. Non union shop with union level wages.

    Cons

There has been multiple decreases in the benefits over the last few years. The management in general has become very lackluster. With the recent purchase of the company by Fluor there is no real idea of what is to come.

    Advice to Management

Need to focus on the employee morale is a big thing. There needs to be more transparency and more accountability at all levels. Right now there is a huge disconnect between the top and the line workers.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stork (Utrecht (Netherlands)) in December 2015.

    Interview
