Needs management with experience and networking capabilities in the services provided here in the States.
Advice to Management
Take care of the ones who help your company grow and quit releasing the ones whose knowledge intimidates you. Getting rid of your VP, Ops Mgr, and Project Manager isn't headed in the right direction.
simple quick questions - it was delayed twice - a very simple interview with an interviewer that did not know what they were doing - would have been nice to have a nice informed interview. not an overall great interview process. used standard 5 questions for all interviewees no creativity or though in the interviewing process
