At Stout, we believe it’s not enough to simply give philanthropically. We must also act responsibly, both in our business practices and in the ways we work with others to address social challenges. Our corporate responsibility is measured by the impact and contribution of every aspect of our business, from the services we provide, to the way we manage our operations, to how we support communities and social development.
Corporate responsibility is about our people, the clients we serve, the communities in which we live, and our environment. It includes the values that guide us, the decisions we make, our actions within and beyond the firm, and the consequences of everything we do.
The three pillars of our corporate responsibility program are community, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.

I worked at Stout full-time
Great firm - excellent training program and opportunity to learn. You will experience a number of different engagements, industries, companies, which accelerates your learning curve.
Demanding work schedule. This is a pro and con. When you're young, it's an opportunity to gain experience at a more rapid pace, but can also be draining on your social life.
Advice to Management
I have heard that since I left, they have taken positive steps to improve work life balance, instituted a furlough policy, etc.
I applied in-person. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Stout (Cleveland, OH) in January 2018.
I was first asked to complete a phone interview, then invited to coffee, and finally invited into the office to meet the group with which I would be working with.
